All Members should have received their 2021-22 membership renewal notice – unless on monthly installment payments. We would like to thank those Members who have already paid their fees.
Regrettably, we have experienced some system issues with the processing of this year’s renewal notices which has affected some, but not all Members’ invoices.
We would like to assure Members that all eligible entitlements have been applied within our system even though they may not be reflected on your invoice.
If your renewal notice does not show the Membership Discount Scheme (MDS); or any other credits that you are entitled to and you are yet to speak with a member of our Membership Services Team, we would be most appreciative if you could please email Tegan and a new invoice will be issued and sent to you.
