Front of House
Food & Beverage Attendant
As a Food and Beverage Attendant, you’ll be the face of our service – greeting guests, taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring every customer enjoys a memorable experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service with a smile
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Serve meals and drinks in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain cleanliness of service areas and tables
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience (preferred but not essential)
- RSA Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A positive attitude and professional appearance
- Availability for weekend shifts
- Must be over 18 years of age
- Must hold current drivers licence and access to vehicle
Kitchen Team
Chef de partie
As Chef de Partie, you’ll play a key role in preparing high-quality food for our members, guests, events, and functions — all while working alongside a supportive and passionate team.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Prepare and present dishes to a high standard in your section
- Assist in developing new menu items and daily specials
- Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and food safety standards
- Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef with day-to-day kitchen operations
- Help train and guide junior staff
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in a Chef de Partie or similar role
- A passion for delivering high-quality food and consistency
- Strong teamwork skills and a positive, professional attitude
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards (Certifications a plus)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, service-driven environment
Casual Housekeepers
We are looking for people to join our amazing Housekeeping Team with the following attributes:
