cottage receptionist
The Club is looking for an enthusiastic Cottage Receptionist in a casual/ part time capacity on Saturday, Sunday and Mondays. The Cottage Receptionist will be responsible for managing accommodation bookings, welcoming guests and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the Club’s cottage accommodation.
Key responsibilities include:

Welcoming and checking in accommodation guests

Managing accommodation bookings, enquiries and confirmations
-
Coordinating with housekeeping to ensure rooms are presented to a high standard

Handling guest requests and resolving issues promptly and professionally
-
Processing payments and maintaining accurate booking records

Providing guests with information about Club facilities, dining and local attractions
-
Assisting with general administrative tasks as required
About You
We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people and takes pride in delivering excellent service.
The ideal candidate will have:

Previous experience in reception, hospitality or accommodation services

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-
Excellent organisational and time-management abilities
-
A professional and friendly manner
-
Good computer skills and experience with booking systems (preferred)

The ability to work independently and as part of a team

Front of House
Food & Beverage Attendant
As a Food and Beverage Attendant, you’ll be the face of our service – greeting guests, taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring every customer enjoys a memorable experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service with a smile
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Serve meals and drinks in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain cleanliness of service areas and tables
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience (preferred but not essential)
- RSA Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A positive attitude and professional appearance
- Availability for weekend shifts
- Must be over 18 years of age
- Must hold current drivers licence and access to vehicle
Casual Housekeepers
