Food & Beverage Attendant
As a Food and Beverage Attendant, you’ll be the face of our service – greeting guests, taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring every customer enjoys a memorable experience.
Key Responsibilities:

- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently

What We’re Looking For:
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience (preferred but not essential)
- RSA Certificate (or willingness to obtain)

- Must hold current drivers licence and access to vehicle
Kitchen Team
Kitchen hand/ Prep assistant
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Kitchen Hand / Basic Prep Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will support the kitchen staff by maintaining a clean, organised workspace and assisting with basic food preparation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Food Preparation: Assist in basic food preparation tasks such as washing, peeling, chopping, and portioning ingredients.
- Dishwashing: Wash and sanitize all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
- Cleaning: Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen by sweeping, mopping, and wiping down surfaces to meet food safety standards.
- Stock Management: Assist with unpacking and storing deliveries and rotating stock as needed.
- Waste Management: Properly dispose of food waste and ensure bins are emptied regularly.
- Support Kitchen Team: Assist chefs during busy service periods.
- Compliance: Follow all food safety and occupational health and safety regulations.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: Prior kitchen or hospitality experience is an advantage but not essential.
- Team Player: Willingness to assist and work collaboratively in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for cleanliness and food safety.
- Flexibility: Availability to work varied shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
Course Team
Qualified Turf Tradespersons
We are looking for passionate individuals to join our Course Maintenance Team, working across all areas of our 240ha property incorporating golf course facilities, private nature reserve and walking trails. This position would be ideally suited to someone already in similar position, or who are looking to take further steps in their career.
To be considered for this wonderful opportunity you must have:
- Qualifications and, or sound knowledge of turf management practices.
- Understanding of OHS and environmental procedures.
- Familiar in the use of pedestrian cylinder mowers.
- Experienced in the use of ride on cylinder mowers..
- Experience with decoder-based (Toro) irrigation systems ideal but not required.
- Enthusiasm for the manual tasks involved with developing and maintaining a golf course.
- Motivated and career orientated with a willingness to undertake further studies.
