The Eastern Golf Club is a spectacular events destination within an hour of the city for corporate meetings, events and executive retreats.
Featuring six dedicated rooms with capacity for up to 150 guests for dinner and 250 for a cocktail reception; with the option of indoor and outdoor break out spaces. All rooms feature state-of the-art technology and magnificent vistas of the internationally recognised Yarra Valley.
A suite of outdoor team building experiences can be incorporated within your programme including boot camp, bushwalking, mountain biking, fishing and Segway’s. Visits to local restaurants and wineries for tastings can be arranged as part of our executive retreat and residential conference packages.
Our Hospitality team has created a collection of versatile packages that can accommodate all events held at The Eastern Golf Club. Whether you’re planning your wedding, a private function, corporate event or residential conference, Christmas party or Christening we have a package that is perfect for your specific requirements. Our event menus present Modern Australian dishes heavily influenced by what’s in season and using local produce where possible. Alternatively, we would be happy to work with you to created a tailored menu for your event.
CONFERENCE DAY PACKAGE
Our event spaces can cater from 6 guests boardroom style up to 150 guests theatre style. Our range of conference packages commence from AU$55.00 per person, per day inclusive of morning and afternoon tea, working style lunch and room set up.
