OUR FOOD PHILOSOPHY
We are presenting dishes that showcase local produce currently in season for your enjoyment and where possible, we source the highest quality ingredients from the Yarra Valley and surrounds.
To ensure you are enjoying the freshest of dishes, we are preparing our own pizza dough, pickling, curing meats and baking.
To deliver the best dining experience for you we are creating dishes that can be prepared faster, are lighter in style and are presented in a refined and elegant way.

We are delighted to announce that The Members’ Lounge will be reopening for lunch this coming Monday, June 1.
Since we last welcomed you to dine with us, the world has changed significantly and, as a result, there will be some adjustments to our Food & Beverage experience to incorporate the guidelines issued by the Victorian Government this week for the reopening of restaurants and cafes.
Opening Hours – Lunch Only
12noon – 3pm Daily (with last orders at 2.30pm)
The Members’ Lounge: Monday – Sunday
The Members’ Dining Room: Wednesday – Sunday
Number of Patrons Permitted Per Area
June 1 – June 21: 20 at any one time
From June 22: 50 at any one time
- Members should make reservations in advance. These can made by calling Reception advising the number of guests, including children, joining you and a contact telephone number to allow us to reconfirm your reservation.
- Please be aware that there is a maximum of six (6) patrons permitted per table.
- For those Members who haven’t made a reservation to dine with us, we will do our best to accommodate you, however this will be subject to availability.
