Our Promise to You
Our vision is one clearly based on service, including:
(a) Providing products and advice so you get maximum enjoyment from your round of golf;
(b) Helping you acquire the skills to ensure you play to the very best of your ability.

This commitment is expressed in a simple statement: 'taking your game to a new level.'

We aim to deliver convenience and value for money

Convenience
This is about providing service where you want it and when you want it. We are located at the very place where members play their golf and our opening hours are better than any retail store can manage.

Value for Money
We cannot stock the broad range of equipment that you will find in the largest franchise outlets. But that doesn't mean we cannot deliver to you the same range of equipment at highly competitive prices. We have access to the full range of equipment that the biggest retailers in Australia can provide. If there is some particular item that you want and we don't have it in our shop, we can get it for you with minimal delay. Our intention is to be competitive with our prices.
And by integrating equipment sales with expert advice and professional on-site fitting we can ensure that what you buy is what is right for you. No equipment is going to be a bargain if it doesn't work for you on the course!

Teaching
We have a distinct philosophy and goal in our approach to teaching. In fact we see it as the area where the golf shop staff offer the greatest value to members and guests.
Of course it is up to the individual to decide how hard they want to work on their game, but our professionals are committed to ensuring that golfers understand what can be done to get better results and achieve greater satisfaction from their own personal golfing experience. You can expect that our professionals will take a personal interest in your game and will offer assistance in helping you achieve your full potential - whether that is great or something more modest!
Our junior development syllabus includes school holiday programs, clinics and cadet programs. A system of accreditation of etiquette and golfing skills that enables junior golfers to play on the course is a key component.. read more about lessons and golf for Juniors.
